Her story
Summera got into mortgages because her own homebuying experience was so poorly guided she couldn't let it go. If something this important could feel this dehumanizing, she wanted to be the person who changed that.
She built Shaikh It Up Mortgages on one idea: people over profit. She works with all kinds of borrowers — first-time buyers, self-employed, ITIN, complex income, people told no elsewhere — and meets every one where they are. No judgment, no pressure, just someone who does the work alongside you.
As an independent broker, she's not locked into one lender's products. She shops a wide network to find what fits your situation, not what's easiest to process.
